Candied Pecans

6 oz. pecans/pecan pieces
1 egg white
½ TB vanilla
½ TB water

1 c. sugar

1+ tsp. cinnamon

¾ tsp. salt

Beat wet ingredients until frothy. Mix dry ingredients in a second bowl. Stir pecans in wet ingredients and coat in dry ingredients.

Place on greased cookie sheet and spread evenly.

Cook until crispy (about 1-1 ½ hours) at 250.
