No Fuss Pumpkin Cake

15 oz. solid pack pumpkin
3 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 can of vanilla frosting
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 TB pumpkin pie spice

In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, eggs, sugar, and oil. Mix well. Add cake mix and pumpkin pie spice. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour into greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes.

In a bowl, mix frosting and cream cheese. Spread over cake. Refrigerate.
