Focaccia Bread

1 + 1 TB flour
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. sugar
1 ½ tsp. yeast
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. dried oregano
½ tsp. dried thyme
¼ tsp. dried basil
½ pinch black pepper
1 ½ TB vegetable oil
½ c. water
1 TB olive oil
1 ½ tsp. grated Parmesan
½ c. shredded mozzarella

Mix all dry ingredients (except cheeses). Mix in vegetable oil and water. Knead. Let rise for 20 minutes.

Roll onto half cookie sheet (greased). Sprinkle with cheeses and brush with olive oil.

Bake at 450 for 15 minutes.
