Judi's Whole Wheat Bread

5 c. water
2 TB yeast
c. honey
1 TB salt (slightly heaping)
1 TB vinegar
c. oil
10-12 c. whole wheat flour

Mix. Knead 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl with plastic wrap. Rise 1 hour. Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes. Makes 4 large loaves.
