Rolls

2 c. scalded milk
1 cube butter
½ c. sugar
1 TB salt

Mix.

1 c. water
2 eggs

Mix.

4 c. flour
2 TB yeast

Mix.

3 c. flour

Mix and knead for 10 minutes. Let rise. Roll and rise again.

Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.

*For cinnamon rolls add ¼ c. sugar.
