4 c. flour
2 TB sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 TB instant yeast
1-1/2 c. hot water
Mix dry ingredients; add hot water. Knead 10 minutes and let rise until double.
For pizza, roll out on pans (optional: put small amount of cornmeal under); top with ingredients. Bake at 400 for 12-16 minutes. Makes 1 cookie sheet or 2 round pizza pans.
For breadsticks, melt 1 cube of butter in 13x9 cake pan. Roll dough out to 10x13 rectangle. Cut with pizza cutter into 1 inch strips. Fold strips in half and twist. Lay end to end in pan. Sprinkle with garlic salt, Parmesan cheese, and parsley flakes. Rise for an additional 30 minutes and bake at 400 for 15 minutes until golden brown.
